My phavvourite food
Idli- dosa- vada- sambar chutney on a banana leaf followed by filter cappee with a strong decoction early in the morning at Hogenakkal Falls. Had sambar without a spoon. Serving food on a Corelle dish doesn't make it any tastier, but serving food on a banana leaf definitely does, especially if you eat with your hands :)

Happily married once again :*)
I created this doodle right after our secret wedding at Kamara beach in Greece. We exchanged rings and vows in the sea and headed off to a beach bar to celebrate with some shots and some pizza. The best way to have a wedding! :)

Noodaaalss
Ate loads of 'iddy appams' in Kerala. They taste best with vegetable stew. 'Iddy appams?' I asked, when I saw them first. They look like 'iddy noodles', I say :)

Mr Todd
The first time i saw Toddy in my life!
For those of you who don't know what Toddy is, it is a local, potent, local alcoholic drink made in India, which is sweet to taste. Apparently, its coconut palm wine, which is made from coconut sap.
From 'Daada zamaana'
Was delighted to see tonnes of empty crates of soft drinks which probably existed during my pappa's teenage days! That too, to find it in a small town in Telicherry! I love India!
Anything sells
Sorry for the pixelated image, but this one definitely needed a share. Mr Brolly ice cream at a general store in a small town in Telicherry, Kerala!
The Disco bus
Shiny disco lights in our (hired) bus to Telicherry. We were on an office picnic for the weekend to a beach in Kerala, and these lights just stole the show. It set off everybody on the dance floor, moving to everything from 'Moves like a Jagger' to 'Soooperrrrraaa rangaaa':)
Not to mention that at the end of the trip we had 3 broken chairs and a few seat handles off :P
Roadside masala
Spicy pepper, rock salt and red chilly powder sprinkled on fresh cucumber and pineapples, cut into chunky pieces = Jannat :)
